Minirugby in campo a Mirano

Il settore minirugby della Udine Rugby Junior domenica 20 novembre era impegnato sui campi di Mirano. Nonostante la nebbia, tutte e tre le categorie scese in campo si sono ben comportate e hanno avuto la possibilità di confrontarsi con realtà consolidate del rugby veneto. Interessanti gli spunti raccolti dai tecnici per il proseguo della stagione.

UNDER 8. A Mirano, la Junior si è presentata con 16 atleti, numero ideale per creare due squadre equilibrate. Il bilancio di giornata è estremamente positivo: entrambe le formazioni hanno mostrato voglia di giocare e si sono visti i frutti del lavoro svolto in questo periodo. Gli allenatori sono stati molto soddisfatti dell’attitudine e del comportamento tenuto dai piccoli udinesi contro Mirano, Cus Padova e Vittorio Veneto. In settimana il lavoro sarà incentrato sul recupero del pallone e sulla difesa.

UNDER 10. Il concentramento di Mirano è stato caratterizzato dal campo fangoso e pesante. La Junior U10 schiera due squadre divise per età: la più giovane ha trovato difficoltà ad ambientarsi, mostrando una preparazione ancora carente per affrontare le squadre venete. L’altro team si è imposto nelle partite contro il Vittorio Veneto e il Mirano, mostrando un buon rugby e affiatamento di squadra; lo schieramento, anche se incentrato sulla palla, ha comunque dato buoni risultati. La differenza si è notata contro le squadre più organizzate, come Padova, Vittorio Veneto 2 e Mirano 1, che schieravano giocatori più pesanti e strutturati e con maggior esperienza nel passaggio. Da sottolineare il miglioramento di alcuni giocatori dal punto di vista della tenacia e della voglia di fare gruppo.

UNDER 12. Buona prova dei ragazzi dell’U12 a Mirano, soprattutto in fase difensiva; bene i placcaggi e la contestazione della palla sul punto d’incontro. Qualcosa di più si poteva fare in attacco; la trasmissione della palla, il più delle volte, è stata troppo lenta e i passaggi poco precisi hanno creato confusione. In ogni caso la sensazione è quella di avere un gruppo omogeneo in costante crescita.
