Doppio appuntamento a Treviso

Con la prima palla al largo, giocata in velocità, gli udinesi hanno accorciato le distanze, andando in meta e il tutto si è dimostrato fondamentale per acquistare fiducia e per iniziare, da quel momento, a produrre gioco in attacco e in difesa. E’ grazie a questo nuovo atteggiamento che ne è nata una bella partita, combattuta su ogni punto d’incontro e con entrambe le squadre alla ricerca del risultato.
La formazione “BiancoNera”, invece, poco ha potuto contro una Benetton più reattiva sui punti d’incontro e sul recupero dei palloni sporchi. A conferma di ciò un risultato finale decisamente trasparente: 99-0 per i padroni di casa. Per la squadra friulana, formata per lo più da atleti del 2001, l’atteggiamento in campo è sembrato subito deficitario, contro una compagine ben organizzata e ricca di buone individualità. La maggior fisicità dei trevigiani ha, in ogni caso, fatto la differenza per tutto il primo tempo. Nel secondo gli udinesi sono finalmente riusciti a creare qualche difficoltà alla formazione di casa, con pressioni e placcaggi, che erano completamente mancati nella prima frazione di gioco. Risultati a parte, dalla trasferta di Treviso, si colgono comunque spunti positivi per un gruppo costituito per buona parte da giocatori alla prima esperienza che, allenamento dopo allenamento, lavorano duramente per colmare le differenze, sul piano fisico e tecnico, che li separano dalle numerose formazioni venete.
