Il lavoro che i tecnici stanno facendo con i giovani e inesperti giocatori, insomma, sta dando i primi risultati. Il match parte con gli udinesi che vogliono imporre il proprio gioco, ma non riescono a capitalizzare la grande mole di occasioni. Alla prima disattenzione, però, la Junior subisce la meta dei trevigiani. La partita continua in equilibrio fino a metà del primo tempo, quando il Tarvisium riesce a segnare per altre due volte. Nella ripresa, i veneti vanno subito in meta; i ragazzi di Montorfano e Cittaro cercano di segnare, ma non riescono nell’obiettivo, complice un’ottima difesa dei trevigiani, che vincono per 27-0. “Siamo soddisfatti per il gioco espresso dai ragazzi che, piano piano, stanno prendendo confidenza e iniziano a comprendere il progetto di gioco”, analizzano gli allenatori.
