Battuta d’arresto per l’U14 Junior Rugby Udine/Over Bug Line Codroipo che ha affrontato, in trasferta, i pari età del Venjulia Rugby Trieste. Partita spezzettata e condizionata da vari errori individuali, su entrambi i fronti, fin dall’inizio. La maggior conoscenza e attitudine al gioco della formazione di casa ha fatto la differenza, costringendo i friulani a rincorrere, già dai primi minuti, gli avversari, più organizzati e cinici. Un’ottima mediana triestina manda in confusione il team Junior/Over Bug Line che combatte con troppa poca convinzione. Nota di merito per il cuore dimostrato in partita dal capitano friulano Andrea ‘Ruspa’ Casarsa, dal tallonatore Raul Coss e dall’estremo Gabriele Mulas.

Alla fine Trieste vince meritatamente e con un largo margine nel punteggio. Nulla di nuovo per i tecnici friulani che non fanno drammi e colgono ulteriori spunti sui quali continuare a lavorare.
